Party Room (35 ppl)

Great for birthday parties, upcoming Christmas parties, and other celebrations, meetings and events. Fits at least 35 people comfortably. No outside food is permitted but we have options to provide In House Taco/Pasta/Mediterranean/Breakfast/Charcuterie catering (15 person minimum). We don't have a liquor license yet but we can discuss getting a Special Events Permit for any alcoholic options. We can offer earlier options for breakfast meetings and later availability on Sundays on request. To reserve this room exclusively, fees of $15.00 per person applies with a 15 person minimum, including for groups playing board game, D&D or if you bring your own games or host other events with a 4 hour maximum or as negotiated. These fees are adjusted when we provide in house catering. Please email serenecafe@shaw.ca about options like a flat fee when booking for less then 4 hours and there is no interest in games (meeting only), as we are flexible.
